What we collect

When you send us a message through this site, we receive:

• Your name, phone number, and email address.
• What you tell us about your project: type, details, timeline, address.
• Which page you arrived on and how you found us. A search, an ad, or a link from another site.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, financial account numbers or government ID numbers through this website.

Why we collect it

To answer you, to prepare an estimate, and to do the work if you hire us. Knowing how you found us tells us which of our efforts are worth continuing. That is the only thing the arrival information is used for.

Calls, texts, and email

If you tick the consent box on the form, you are telling us we may reach you by phone, text message, or email about your project. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You can stop it at any time. Reply STOP to a text, or just tell us. Consent is not a condition of getting an estimate or of hiring us. If you would rather we only ever emailed you, say so and we will note it.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, ever. We do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

It reaches the services we use to run the business: our email provider, and the software that holds our jobs and estimates. Where a job requires it, it also reaches the subcontractors, suppliers, or insurance carrier working on your project. Nobody else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs: we keep them while they are still live, and clear them out once they plainly are not. Jobs we actually did: we keep the records, because warranty, permit, and tax obligations require it.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we are required to keep records of work performed. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we extend them to everyone because keeping two sets of rules would be silly.

Children

This is a remodeling business. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
